QUIZ NIGHT 2023

We held our annual general knowledge quiz on Saturday 2 October in our usual venue, the Nutley Memorial Hall .

Once again we were well supported with an entry of 15 teams, mostly comprising 6 players, almost a full house.

The quiz took it usual format of 8 rounds each consisting of 10 questions plus 2 marathon rounds which were pictorial.

Sandwiches were provided at the half time interval by which time the noise level had slowly increased, possibly with excitement but more likely to be a helped along with nibbles and drink brought along by the contestants.

The evening was again organised by our regular quizmaster Mike Evans who finished the evening with the well supported raffle.

The winners were the team from Felbridge Bowls Club who narrowly beat the winning team from the previous year.

A very successful evening which will take place again in a years time on 5 October 2024.
